We accept most major insurance plans. Our appointment coordinators can review insurance information with you when scheduling your appointment.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE WHEN SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT?

We will need the patient’s name, their date of birth, insurance name and ID number.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please bring the following documents: Picture ID, Insurance card, Co-pay/Deductible amount, and a list of current medications.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

When you schedule your visit, our appointment coordinators will tell you when you should arrive and how you can prepare. In general, please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

I RECEIVED A BILL AND HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT IT. WHO CAN I CALL FOR ASSISTANCE?

Contact the main office at 410-768-4700 and pick the prompt for Billing services, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m-5 p.m.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

For your convenience, our practices accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We will charge your credit card only for the amount you authorize.

CAN I ACCESS MY MEDICAL INFORMATION ONLINE?

Yes, all of our practices use the patient portal. You can access it using a desktop, laptop computer, tablet or mobile device.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RUN OUT OF MY MEDICATIONS?

Please call our office for prescription refills.

WHY DO I NEED A REFERRAL FROM MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN TO SEE A SPECIALIST?

Many health insurance plans require a referral for specialized care as part of their coverage. Your primary care doctor partners with you during this process, and coordinates your treatment with the specialist.

WILL YOU BILL MY INSURANCE?

Yes. As a service to our patients, primary insurance is billed. We have recently enhanced our system to accommodate automatic billing of secondary insurance. Please be sure to keep us informed of your insurance coverage.
